PLEASE REVIEW & FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON TRASH/RECYCLING!
Trash Limits:
We allow 4/30 gal. Bags OR 2- 33 gallon trash cans per week PLUS 1-33 gallon can of Recyclables(NO LARGER). Trash has to be BAGGED!
Senior rate is 2 or less bags per week + recyclables. 4 bag limit does not pertain to dumpster customers.
*Extra trash over limit is charged by the yard @$15.00 per yard
Recycling:
The recycling criteria for Oneida/Lewis Counties can be found on their websites. Recycling is mandatory in both counties. Please: Do NOT bag recyclables. All recyclable materials should be:
LOOSE(NOT BAGGED), mixed together in a tub or garbage can NO LARGER than 33 Gallons!
Cardboard has to be FLATTENED(due to limited space in the recycling compartment) and can be set next to or on top of your recycling can.
~If your recyclables are not prepared correctly they will be left.
Large items for pick up:
Furniture, appliances, mattresses etc. Please Call Ahead to arrange pick up. There is an extra fee for this service, depending on the item.
Billing:
New accounts are billed ahead.
*If you are 30 days behind on Payment~ Service Will be stopped & finance charges will be applied.
-All major debit/credit cards/echecks are accepted via phone @315-942-4111
-We offer paperless billing with auto pay. If you are interested the Form is attached.
Please Fill out & Return w/ credit/debit number-Exp date-cvc code-sign & date.
-We offer emailed invoice with a payment link. Payment on our new website will be available soon!
-You may pay ahead at any time. A credit will be applied to each month you are ahead.
-We offer a discount for customers who pay Annually or Bi-annually for their service. This does not include extra trash or large item charges.
